Milmyeon is a noodle dish made with noodles kneaded with wheat flour and starch and topped with boiled pork in a pork broth base. It is a local food of the Busan region. Milmyeon specialty stores can be found anywhere in Busan. Milmyeon also has a lot of minced seasoning to suit the taste of Gyeongsang-do, which has a warm climate, and is characterized by a spicy, sweet, and salty stimulating taste. Also, unlike naengmyeon, it has more boiled pork.
