1. Personal information collected
Users can use most Marcospot services, such as information search, in the same way as members even without registering as members. When users register to participate in the DAO organization, such as supporters (leaders, supporters), travelers, and general users, Marcospot collects the minimum amount of personal information necessary to use the service. However, supporters (leaders, supporters), travelers may collect wallet addresses.
In addition, when supporters (leaders, supporters), and travelers delegate management, the consignor and delegatee are responsible for managing personal information and wallet addresses, and Marcospot bears no responsibility in this regard.
The personal information that Marcospot collects from users at the time of membership registration is as follows. - When signing up for membership, nickname and email are required items, and in the case of supporters (leaders, supporters), travelers, simple numbers are encrypted and collected as additional items.
The personal information collected from users during the service use process is as follows.
- You can set profile information (nickname, profile picture) in member information or individual services. If you do not enter a nickname in your member information, a masked ID will be automatically entered as a nickname.
- Additional personal information may be collected only for users of the relevant service during the use of individual services, event participation, and prize application within Marcospot.
IP addresses, cookies, service use records, device information, and location information may be created and collected during the service use process. In addition, images or voices may be collected in search services using images and voices.
Specifically, 1) information about users is automatically generated during the service use process, or information entered by users is stored (collected), or 2) unique information of the user's device is safely converted to prevent the original value from being confirmed and collected. Location information may be collected during the service use process, and the location-based services provided by Marcospot are stipulated in detail in the 'Marcospot Location-based Service Terms of Use'.

- What is an IP (Internet Protocol) address?
An IP address is online address information that an Internet service provider assigns to a user's PC or other device that accesses the Internet. There are very different views in each country on whether an IP address is personal information.
- What is a service use record?
It refers to the time and date of Marcospot access, a list of services used, and all normal or abnormal logs generated during the service use process, email addresses recorded during the process of sending and receiving emails, mobile phone numbers entered when inviting friends or sending gifts, and consultation history between Smart Store sellers and buyers (Marcospot Talk Talk and product Q&A posts). The purpose of processing some service usage records (including behavioral information) in which the information subject is identified is explained in the personal information collected, use of collected personal information, destruction of personal information, etc. stipulated in this privacy policy. - What is device information?
The device information described in this privacy policy refers to all information that can be confirmed through the S/W used to operate the device, as well as the information assigned to the device during the production and sales process. It refers to the computer name assigned to the PC by the user during the OS (Windows, MAC OS, etc.) installation process, the serial number of the peripheral device installed on the PC, the unique identifier required for smartphone communication (IMEI, IMSI), AAID or IDFA, setting language and setting standard time, and the carrier code of the USIM. 2. Use of collected personal information
We use personal information only for the following purposes: member management of Marcospot and Marcospot-related services (including mobile web/app), service development/provision and improvement, and establishment of a safe Internet usage environment.
