About
About
It is also known as Seongjigok Water Source. The name Seongjigok arose from the fact that during the Silla Dynasty, a scholar called Seongji visited famous mountains in the eight provinces and saw this place as a famous mountain and installed an iron pole there. A hiking course has been developed around the foot of Baekyangsan Mountain, so you can go past the forest bathing area and go to Mandeok-dong in Buk-gu through the Meeting Square or to Sajik-dong in Dongrae-gu through the Soemi Mountain hiking trail. It was designated as a modern cultural heritage by the Cultural Heritage Administration on July 3, 2008. There is a trail in the lush forest that children can easily walk along, and there are also outdoor tables where you can enjoy a picnic among the trees. Let’s enjoy the healing time provided by nature with your family while listening to the cool sound of water flowing along the valley.
