It is considered one of the best restaurants in Hamyang, and its brand value is high just by its name because it is already famous nationwide. Daeseong Restaurant's beef soup is a must-eat when you come to Hamyang. It has a lot of Korean beef in chunks. The skill of boiling it is also excellent, so it is not tough. The meat is so soft that even adults will like it, and it lingers in your mouth. Some say it is similar to yukgaejang.
Since the daily sales volume is limited, it sometimes closes early on weekday evenings. Daeseong Restaurant's beef soup, which you eat in a space where time seems to have stopped, from the old building with a low roof, to the small room with traces of the years, to the narrow veranda, has a taste as deep as its history.
