About
About
This food originated in the 1950s when North Korean refugees during the Korean War began making noodles with wheat flour instead of buckwheat and eating them like naengmyeon. The beginning of its popularization, known to people as a representative summer food, was Busan Gaya Milmyeon. Samsung Milmyeon founder Ms. Kim Moo-soon started Gaya Milmyeon with her older brother Kim Bong-man (founder of Gaya Milmyeon) in the late 1960s and has continued to make Milmyeon while maintaining the original taste and tradition. Samsung Milmyeon has a special Milmyeon. It is Jumulleok Milmyeon. If you mix meat and noodles in a sweet and spicy seasoning, you can experience a fantastic taste.
