About
When talking about pork soup in Busan, this is an old noodle restaurant that you can never leave out. The clear gomtang-style broth and thick pork meat stimulate the texture. The pork meat that is heated in a cauldron is rich and meaty as soon as you chew it. It is a famous restaurant that has a waiting line even on regular days. I guess it is close to the original form of pork soup. The menu includes sundae soup and intestine soup, and the boiled pork rice is also popular. Adding shrimp paste to the broth removes the fishy smell, and you can also eat it with seasoned pickled chives.
