About
A restaurant that sells Pyongyang cold buckwheat noodles located at Chungmuro Station in Jung-gu, Seoul. This place was opened by the eldest daughter of the couple who founded Pyeongyang Myeonok in Uijeongbu. It has a large base of Korean enthusiasts and is always selected for the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand. This restaurant's cold soup is made with beef broth, filtered through a cotton cloth, and has a subtle beef flavor that is both loved and controversial among cold buckwheat noodle lovers.
