Unyang Bulgogi can be described as a form of bulgogi grilled on a flat stone plate. It became famous nationwide after construction workers dispatched to the Unyang area during the construction of the Gyeongbu Expressway tasted it. The meat is seasoned and cut into strips on the stone plate, then grilled over charcoal until crispy. It is easily accessible as it is located adjacent to the KTX Ulsan Station.
